SPOKANE COUNTY SEEKS PHARMACIST TO MANAGE EMERGENCY RESPONSE SUPPLY OF PHARMACEUTICALS
The County has issued a Request for Proposals from pharmacists or pharmacies to manage the County’s Metropolitan Medical Response System (MMRS) pharmaceutical cache. This cache is the supply of emergency pharmaceuticals provided by the Department of Homeland Security, and the contract will be paid for by Homeland Security grants.
The Scope of Work includes managing the inventory, stock rotation, and assisting the County in purchasing replacement supplies, oversee preparation of required reports, develop training and education, attend monthly MMRS meetings and provide updates, participate in evaluation and planning for the MMRS.
